Manly Warringah Summer Football (MWSF) is a MWFA approved joint venture between Collaroy Cromer Strikers FC and Manly United FC.
CC Strikers has over 30 years of experience managing summer football. In fact Strikers started the very first summer football competition in Manly Warringah way back in 1997.
This ever popular tournament blossomed in 2012 when it combined with Manly United FC and moved to the fabulous all new synthetic field at Cromer Park.
We now have two synthetic grounds at Cromer Park rated at FIFA Two Star, the highest possible rating. They are equal to the best playing surface anywhere in the world. Simply awesome to play footy on. Coupled with fantastic lighting these two fields are also all-weather fields, which means no disappointments sitting at home because it’s been raining.
And finally, unlike other summer football competitions, MWSF is not run for personal profit. All funds raised at Cromer Park are returned to local football.
MWSF encourages players to form their own teams amongst their friends.
The tournament runs for 11 weeks, with games on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday afternoon/evenings.
Check the Competition page to see a list of the various age-groups and what afternoon/night they play.
Official referees are appointed to all games and every player receives a team playing shirt to keep.
